Rules

No Pets

We strive to provide a home that is comfortable for everyone, including those with allergies. Although we personally love our furry family members, no pets of any type are permitted on this property.

No Smoking

We have a strict no-smoking policy. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, etc. If you have a smoker in your group, smoke outside and carefully dispose of your cigarette butts. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a hefty cleaning and smoke mitigation fee.

No Parties

We have a strict no-party policy. Inviting unapproved guests beyond the number of occupants permitted in your reservation will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise levels reasonable throughout the day. QUIET HOURS are 10pm to 8am. Any noise complaints or law enforcement visits will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.

Trash Removal

Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided in the driveway. Do not put any loose trash in those bins. Additional trash bags can be found underneath the kitchen sink.

Keep Sand Outside

Please keep all beach equipment outdoors. An outdoor shower is available so you can rinse off before heading in the home.

Heating & A/C

Do not use air conditioning when temperatures drop below 55 degrees outside. This will cause the system to freeze and/or leak. Do not leave doors or windows open while the system is running.

Do Not Move Furniture

Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Doing so will result in a charge for these items to be returned and properly staged for the next guest.

Instructions

Beach Passes & Parking

We provide 4 passes to Narragansett Beach. They are located in the black table in the entryway of the home. Please be careful not to lose the passes as we are unable to replace them.

If you have more than 4 people in your group, you can send one person back out with the passes and re-enter with the remaining people.

Please note that beach parking is is $10 on weekdays and $15 on weekends.

Door Lock

To unlock the door, enter the code provided to you. If you enter the wrong code, wait a few seconds before re-trying.
If you hear the lock trying to turn but the door does not unlock, the door might not be shut properly. Grab the door handle and pull the door towards you and then retry the code.
To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner.

Fireplace

There are 2 switches to the left of the fireplace labeled #1 and #2. #1 controls the fan and #2 controls the flame. To turn on the fireplace, turn on #1 and then #2. Turn it off in reverse order, #2 and then #1.

HVAC System

There are two types of units at the home. Baseboard heating is available throughout and controlled by the single thermostat in the first floor hallway.

The main living area and each bedroom also contain mini-split units. These provide both heating and air conditioning. Each is controlled separately.

Streaming Services

A variety of streaming apps are available on the Smart TV. If you have accounts with any of these services, feel free to login to your account. Don’t forget to logoff before checking out.

Getting to the Beach

Take Route 1A (Boston Neck Rd) South for 2.9 miles to Narraganset Beach. Beach passes for 8 people are provided at the home. Paid parking is available directly at the beach.

Check-out Steps

Take Out Trash

Please remove all trash including any personal items that you brought with you. Put all trash in bags and place them in the driveway bins.

Load & Start Dishwasher

Clean all dirty dishes/pots/pans or load them in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle before leaving.

Turn Off Lights

Turn off all lights

Turn Off Lights

Turn off mini-splits air conditioning.

Shut/Lock Windows and Doors

Please check all of the windows and doors before leaving. Thank you for helping to keep our home secure!

Return Beach Passes

Put all beach passes back into the foyer table drawer.
