My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Lani's for five days. The location was perfect; her house is located two blocks from the beach and a short walk to some local restaurants. Also, it is conveniently located near Newburyport, which is less than a 10-minute drive away. The neighborhood was very quiet at night when we visited in October. Lani's house is very charming and comfortable. The house is well-stocked with bed linens, blankets, and kitchenware--everything you might need while staying there. There is also an outdoor deck where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. As a host, Lani was terrific. Steps to the beach! Although you can’t see it, it’s just in the other side of the neighboring house a common / gated area for kids to play in the sand away from the water. Walkable to sea glass and a super yummy Mexican restaurant. Very clean with little to no sand and clean floors for our crawling baby.

We loved this house! It was in a fantastic location - just a short drive from Crawford Notch and many hiking trails, and also super close to restaurants and shops in North Conway and Jackson. We enjoyed our stay at Lani’s place very much. The bonus game room and playroom were a huge hit with the kids, and the adults loved using the hot tub. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, and Lani was very responsive and had everything fixed within 12 hours. Lani was a great host, great communication and responsive. Place had everything we needed and more. However was hoping to use the grill, which looked unkept and dirty but in return we made the kitchen to use! Overall a great stay!
