MAIN LEVEL

Step inside and head upstairs to an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The wood burning fireplace adds to the cabin charm. Step out to the expansive deck to enjoy the mountain air.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level features 3 bedrooms and a full bath with laundry.

Master Bedroom – Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom – 2 sets of twin bunk beds
3rd bedroom – 1 bunk bed plus an additional twin bed

** Please note that upper bunks do not have bed rails and are therefore not suitable for young children. **

PARKING

This is a true mountain cabin so the driveway is unpaved. There is space for 4-5 cars.

SACO RIVER ACCESS

Nearby Saco River access is available to our guests. This is a great spot to walk along the river and explore nature. Details on access are outlined in our welcome book.

  • Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
  • Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, coffee maker (drip), glassware, and more!
  • Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and trash bags

House Rules

  • Check-in: 4pm or later
  • Check-out: by 10am
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
  • Pets allowed (up to 2 dogs); pet fee applies
  • No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
  • No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
  • Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
  • Maximum occupancy: 9 people including adults and children
  • Free parking in unpaved driveway
  • Trailers/RV’s not allowed

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.

Explore the nearby Saco River or take a hike up Stanton Mountain. Both are within walking distance!
