FIRST FLOOR

Living Area –
The living room, dining room and kitchen flow nicely on the main living level. The living features cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. The dining room includes a full dining table, chairs, and access to the deck. The kitchen is modern, fully applianced, and includes everything that you need to cook a family meal.

Master Bedroom –
The first floor master bedroom is spacious and includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, full en suite bathroom, tv, and dresser for clothing storage. Air conditioning is provided by a mini-split mounted on the wall.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor includes 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, closet and ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, closet, dresser and ceiling fan
Bedroom 4 – King bed, dresser, closet, tv and mini split AC
Bathroom – Double sink and shower/tub combo

Note: Mini splits AC units will be added to bedrooms 2 and 3 in June.

EXTERIOR

Yard –
This home is located at the end of a cul de sac and abuts a small pond. There is a deck on the side of the home and a mostly fenced in yard in the rear.

Parking – Parking is available in the garage and driveway. There is a 6-car limit.

BEACH ACCESS

This home is located in the Bonnet Shores neighborhood and includes access to Kelly Beach (1.5 mi away). There is no parking at the beach. Free shuttle buses run on the weekends and pick up one street over. A household pass is provided and will grant you access to both the shuttle bus and beach. Please take care of the pass; a $100 fee applies to lost passes.

xSTR Details & Supplies

We go the xSTR mile to make your stay easy and memorable. We provide:

• Bedding: Bed Linens, bath towels, and beach towels
• Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom
• Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, coffee makers (K-cup and drip), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more!
• Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags
• Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea.

House Rules

• No pets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
• No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
• Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
• Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children
• $100 fee applies to lost beach passes

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
