  • Bedding: Bed Linens and bath towels
  • Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom
  • Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, coffee maker (drip coffee), glassware, and more!
  • Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags
  • Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea.

House Rules

  • No pets
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
  • No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
  • No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
  • Quiet Hours: 9pm to 8am
  • Maximum occupancy: 7 people including adults and children
  • Maximum 2 vehicles on property

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
