Mountain View Lodge is a newly constructed home that was built for groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. It’s clean, bright, and marries the conveniences of modern design with the warmth of rustic style. Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain and minutes from attractions like Storyland, North Conway Village, and Cranmore Mountain, it offers a jumping off point to an adventure of your choosing.
Nestled on a private end lot, guests will revel in the tranquil sounds of a nearby stream and savor mountain views from the yard, living room, and covered porch. Whether you visit in the fall as the leaves are changing into a kaleidoscope of color or during the winter when everything is covered in a blanket of white, the setting is serene, picturesque and provides your much-needed ticket to the outdoors.

Welcome to Mountain View Lodge – a new home with endless possibilities for relaxation and adventure. This single-family residence is the end lot in a small neighborhood, so you can count on peace and privacy.
Main Level
On the first floor, guests tend to spend a lot of their time in the welcoming great room, where you will find an equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace. Here you also have access to a covered porch with Adirondack chairs, which is a favorite morning coffee spot. By the fireplace a large window has a captivating view of Scranton Mountain—a sight most travel hours to see and it’s right in your living room! The ambiance is particularly magical during winter snowfall‚ when it’s not unlike being in a snow globe.

We go the xSTR mile to make your stay easy and memorable. We provide:
- Bedding: Bed Linens, bath towels, and hot tub/pool towels
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom
- Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, dual coffee maker (K-cup and drip), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more!
- Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags
- Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea.
Sports Club Amenities
All renters will have access to Attitash Sports Club amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, playgrounds, private walking trails to small beaches along the Saco, game rooms, fitness rooms, and more. Access is free for our guests. A keycard is provided at the property. Lost keycards are subject to a $25 replacement fee. Please review the welcome book for additional information.

House Rules
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people including adults and children
Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
