House Rules

Please take off shoes
No pets
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children
Maximum 3 vehicles on property

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.

  Perfect getaway to North Conway. The location was walkable to Cranmore Mountain and close to the center of town. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for vacation.

  Bright, beautiful condo just steps from Cranmore. Clean, spacious! Gorgeous view, with babbling brook outside. Too much snow for us to use the patio but that would have been a great feature for next time.We had trouble getting in the first night because of an expired entry code but Lani was so responsive and quick to help us out. Condo has two living rooms, with fireplaces and televisions. Could be an even better spot if there were a dining area but it’s perfect for those who will mainly be eating out.

  We were able to book this place literally in a moments notice as our other Air B n B had a bug problem 😕 Lani responded within minutes of us booking and provided the entry code and instructions.   I booked the Black Diamond Retreat for my annual New England fall trip and had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was comfortable, clean and the very worth the stay-especially due to its proximity to the town. The location allows a lot of freedom if your trip includes individuals each with different interests. If you prefer absolute peace a quiet on your trip, keep in mind that this location is close to roads and you may hear cars or loud trucks in the morning- being form the city, that wasn't an issue for me.The townhouse itself a new build so it includes updated facilities and the actual construction is thoughtfully done and appears to be pretty sturdy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

  We had an excellent stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and market, yet quiet and relaxing. Lani was very responsive, welcoming, and made check-in/check-out seamless. Definitely recommended!!!
