This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo is all on one level for added convenience. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. There are bar stools for hanging out as well as a breakfast area that seats two. The living room is off of the kitchen and provides a comfortable space to hang out after walking through downtown or a day on the beach.

House Rules

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
• No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
• Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
• Maximum occupancy: 4 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
