The beach is 100 steps away (we’ve counted!), and charming downtown Newburyport is a 10-minute drive. Come take leisurely walks along the beach and search for coastal treasures. No need to get sand in your car, the shed is stocked with beach supplies and chairs. After you have wandered the coastline, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Beach bikes are also available for all of our guests, allowing you to explore the island scenery and wildlife on wheels.

Welcome to Plum Island Getaway! Nestled in a central location along the Plum Island strip, this home serves as your home base to all that Plum Island has to offer. Despite being a condo, rest assured that everything showcased in the photos is exclusively for your use—nothing is shared with the other unit. The condo complex includes only two units, and the other unit has a separate driveway, entrance, and deck, mimicking the privacy of a single-family home.

Relax in the cozy living room that is flooded with natural light. On this floor, you’ll find a full bathroom. Ascend a few steps to a vibrant and modern eat-in kitchen with access to the rear deck. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, a coffee maker (both drip and K-cup options), and more for your convenience.

We go the xSTR mile to make your stay easy and memorable. We provide:
- Bedding: Bed Linens, bath towels, and beach towels
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom
- Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, dual coffee maker (K-cup and drip), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more!
- Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags
- Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea.
House Rules
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children
Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
