House Rules

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
Maximum occupancy: 6 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.

 Verified The house was perfect for me and my family! It had a completely stocked kitchen with everything from a lobster pot to a can opener! The beds were very comfortable and all linens were provided. The house is updated with a clean modern feel. The AC works fantastic and cools the house right down. It is a street over from the beach, with a flat easy walk. It’s a 2 minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Had a great time! The four of us plan to return next year.

 Verified Lani was a great host. She was amenable to a bunch of last minute requests I asked for due to changes of circumstances beyond my control. Her flexibility and accommodation were an A+ and you can’t ask for more than that !Not to mention : her home itself was lovely and as described. Photos are accurate. Beach was the mail draw for us but location and convenience were also important and all boxes ticked off. Hoping to return again this year.
