Welcome to the Seagrass Cottage! Accommodating up to 5 people, this charming cottage is part of a beachfront condo complex. However, this unit is uniquely situated in a free-standing building behind the main structure.
MAIN FLOOR
Everything you need during your stay is situated on one main living area. In the living room, you will find a large sofa plus two chairs and a flatscreen tv. Off of the living room is the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dining table.

Note: Please note that this condo does not offer ocean views. While it’s conveniently located just one building away from the beach, you won’t have a direct view of the ocean from the windows. The beach, however, is easily accessible within a short walk.

House Rules
- No Pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 5 people including adults and children
Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
