MAIN LEVEL

The first floor is expansive with high ceilings arched over an open living and dining area. Sun-filled and spacious, there are great spaces for families to gather including around the wood-burning fireplace. The large kitchen is both modern and functional with top-notch appliances such as the Wolfe stove. Tucked away on this same level is the first floor primary suite with sliders to the deck, mountain views, walk-in closet, a full bath, and washer and dryer.

SECOND FLOOR

The top floor of this home includes three spacious bedrooms, a yoga space, two full baths, and an in-home theater for fun movie nights.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level features a large family and game room for endless hours of fun. With a full-sized pool table, foosball table, piano, and comfy seating/tv area, imagine the fun memories you’ll create in this space.

We go the xSTR mile to make your stay easy and memorable. We provide:

• Bedding: Bed Linens, bath towels, and hot tub/pool towels
• Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom
• Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, coffee maker (drip coffee), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more!
• Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags
• Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea.

House Rules

• Please take off shoes
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
• No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
• Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
• Maximum occupancy: 12 people including adults and children
• Maximum 4 vehicles on property

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
